With Covid numbers starting to decrease rapidly, its time to think about what festivals may be on tap for 2021. As of the time of me publishing this article, nearly 3 million Virginians have been vaccinated. That number is getting bigger every single day. Therefore it is not out of the question that festivals for summer and fall can go off without a hitch.
In this article we comprised a short list of festivals and events that are scheduled to happen.
June 12, 2021 – Seafood Festival
This fun little event take place in Lovingston, Va. at the Mountain Cove Vineyard. It’s all you can eat seafood and live music. What more could you ask? August 13-14, 2021 – The Filipino Festival
If you feel like driving a few hours, a great event to attend is the Filipino Festival in Richmond. The event will have live entertainment (both customary and contemporary). Enjoy authentic, delicious dishes such as lumpia, adobo, pancit, lechon, and more. Admission is free. Food and drink cost $. This is a local favorite. This event has been moved to October 1-3, 2021. Here you will meet great people, enjoy delicious food and best of all THE MUSIC. Enjoy yourself and relax and take in the sounds. The event will be held at Infinity Downs. As of now they do not have the lineup posted but visit their website often for updates.
